20 Things I Hate

Due to the draught of ideas I have been recently having in my blog, I have to resort to some old unpublished blogs that I found on my work laptop. This one was one I started writing in a plane about 3 months ago. It was supposed to be 20 things I hated but I could only think of 14…what’s wrong with me?

Ah…Christimas…the time of the year that really pisses me off. Call me Grinch, but the whole atmosphere of a Holiday that is only a mere excuse for merchants to fill their pockets really makes me such. What pisses me even more is that we all succumb at the end and give in…*sigh*…
This is not a list of things I hate about X-mas, it is just a list of things that really really piss me off…X-mas just gave me the push I needed.
In no particular order
- People who won’t STFU at Poker games
- @$$holes who park their cars in the driveway of my house
- Finding a duplicate number when almost finishing a Sudoku
- People who cannot use roundabouts
- People who use bluetooth handsets when they have their hands free
- Racsa
- Idiots who drive at 60 km/hr in the fast lane
- Not being able to pump gas into the car myself in Costa Rica
- People who live in the United States and cannot speak proper English (not talking immigrants here)
- Failed hard drives
- People who yell when talking on their cel phone
- People who do not understand that someone in the middle seat of an airplane owns the two armrests!!!
- Wine-stingy flight attendants in first class
- Flights that display the estimated time for arrival on the TV sceens

Only 14? Seriously, what’s wrong with you? Almost all day I hear you complain about let me see… EVERYTHING. Just to refresh your memory… What about the motorcyclists who stand in front of your car when the traffic light is red? Or what about bicyclists who ride at night on highways without any light or reflecting clothes? Hmmm, I don’t know, I think that you are missing a lot of things.

15. Slow driving on the left lane

17. Slow driving in general
18. People cutting in line
19. People laughing/chuckling in movie theathers
20. Your luggage arriving two days after you do

22. People who can’t count.

26- U.S.A. Coffee
27- Reggaeton (listenable when drunk)
28- Lost

I would spend all day on talking about things I really hate; but right now let me share just a few:
29. Movie talkers. Especially someone who asks half way through the movie what it’s about.
30. People who not take a NO for an answer.
31. People who are afraid to say NO.
32. People who take everything personal.
33. Being transfer on phone from one person to another multiple times to get the right answer.
34. Assumptions
36. Sidewalks and streets in CR.
37. Ahhh…The elevators in CR: People who push both bottoms thinking that they are going to get the evaluator quicker. Questions like: is it going down or up?!?!
I gave up on number 4, I decided to be honest but 100% agree with number 5; 7 (and all related); 11; 12; 19-23 and 27. Number 28 is the one I hate the MOST!!

Ah come one María, we do not have streets in Costa Rica, we have places where cars drive through
The elevator one is priceless…damn those cheeky button pushing monkeys!!!
